17th Korea-America Student Conference (2024)

Embracing Complexity: Navigating Intersections in Global Diplomacy for a Shared Tomorrow

Greetings!

The Korea-America Student Conference (KASC) is an international cultural exchange and academic program between Korea and the United States. It is parented by the Nonprofit Organization, International Student Conferences (ISC).

ISC currently operates three programs: JASC, KASC, and CHASC. In the case of JASC, it boasts a tradition of about 88 years, influencing many people, including former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and Japanese Prime Minister Kiichi Miyazawa. As a result, KASC was created in 2008, and at the second conference in 2009, former President Lee Myung Bak and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent a letter congratulating the opening, showing interest in KASC’s infinite possibilities. As of this year, ISC’s newest addition, CHASC, will be celebrating its 3rd conference which continues to share the true spirit of our head organization through international relations and diplomacy.

In 2024, we will be hosting the 17th KASC. Delegates selected from both Korea and the United States will enjoy various academic, professional, and cultural exchange programming selections. Delegates will be able to discuss pressing topics while forming lasting friendships in this three-week-long program. The global conference will officially close with delegate’s prepared group presentations at the Seoul Final Forum. KASC 17 will proceed with an in-person conference!

“We look forward to meeting you in 2024 with enthusiasm hotter than the heat of summer!”
