Application at a Glance

Eligibility

• Applicants must be enrolled in a university with good academic standing and are eligible regardless of academic interest or major
• Applicants must be proficient in English, as this is the conference’s official language (Korean proficiency is not required)

Required Materials

• University Transcript
• Resume/CV
• Letter of Recommendation or Personal Statement (Optional)
• Application Fee: $20

Application Period

• Application opens: October 21, 2024
• Application closes on December 22, 2024 @ 11:59 PM EST / December 23, 2024 @ 12:59 PM KST

Application Result Announcements

• Applicants will be invited to interview within 2 weeks of submitting the application
• Applicants will receive a final decision after all applications have been reviewed (mid- to late-January)

Delegation Size

• 10 American Delegates and 10 Korean Delegates

• English

Participation Fee

• $4,000 (covers cost of international flights, accommodation during the conference, pre-arranged meals, and cultural excursions in Korea and the US)
