Ikue Sasaki (JASC 63) Recalls Living Through the Great East Japan Earthquake

Holding the 63rd JASC just 4 months after the Great Tohoku Earthquake presented many challenges for the 63rd JASC. However getting many support from the related people and alumni, it achieved great success.

For the coming March 11th, we’d like to share Ms, Ikue Sasaki’s speech which was presented in 63th JASC. She is a survivor of the earthquake. She describes what she saw, felt and hoped for attending the 63rd JASC in this speech.


Kunihiro Shimoji (JASC 62,63), A “Johnnie” and a JASCer

Kunihiro Shimoji represented Saint John’s University as a delegate to 62nd JASC and was elected by his peers to serve on the  63rd JASC Executive Committee.
