The 72nd Japan-America Student Conference presents a unique and exciting opportunity for delegates to experience elements of both a traditional JASC as well as an innovative new model for exchange. The eleven-day online conference will bring delegates located in various regions of the world together virtually.
During the online portion of the Conference, students will participate in a mix of activities ranging from group lectures and discussions to games and bonding exercises. In addition to our long standing Roundtable groups and their respective duties, delegates will interact with one another in a variety of contexts, both academic and social. Delegates will also have opportunities for professional development through activities like career panels and virtual networking with their peers.
The online portion of the Conference will strive to connect the U.S. and Japan in innovative ways that are made possible in our modern technological era. The Conference will be followed by an in-person winter exchange in Honolulu, HI.
