Damare Baker

Damare Baker is currently a junior at Georgetown University studying Regional Comparative Studies with a focus on the Pacific Rim, along with minors in Korean and Journalism.

She has participated in the 11th and 12th Korea-America Student Conference (KASC) as a Delegate and as an American Executive Committee Member. While her academic focus has been on the Korean Peninsula, Damare is interested in expanding her research to other countries in the region, such as China. She has particularly gained an interest in Chinese history and politics, as well as media in the country. Damare enjoys trying new food, hiking, exploring new cities, petting puppies, and napping.
